in other news, i am madly in love with the song "I knew I loved you" by Savage Garden. Old song, yes, but I just figurured out the name and who sings it. Does anyone have it/know where I could get it? And like, anything that sounds like Savage Garden? Or savage garden albums/discography??

I started because 1) Dual posted things I couldn't read on ffnet here, and 2) I was reading a Dir en Grey fanfic on LJ and it was so much easier to have an account :3

I haven't switched usernames on LJ, but my first username anywhere was bmw218 (initials and birthday, thanks mom -_-;;)

Oshit, what am I interested in? Uhmmmmmmmmm... Fairytales.
I love fairytales<33 And rediscovering my childhood<3 Hell, I've even got three YA books that are pretty much fairy tales! "Tithe: a modern faerie tale," "Valiant: a modern tale of faerie," and "Ironside: a modern faery's tale." They're probably some of my favorite books<333
And, really, fairytales can be so innocent, or the most twisted thing imaginable. I think that's what I love the most about them<33333

5. What's your fandom right now? Tell me what you like about it.
Well, I think it's Reborn!, but what do I like about it? Jeeze... Well, I like that it's somewhat small, so I can recognize names and who writes what, draws what, and everything. I have something to connect people to. Umm, I haven't really seen anyone get all up in arms about somebody not liking this person or that person, or pairing. In fact, I've seen people just fall in love with something off the wall!! (Like Destiny's Lambo/Hibari idea, which is totally cyuute~) And everyone's so nice~~<33

• I GOT ACCEPTED INTO WELLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!!

Problem: $39k/year (I think it's per year). I cannot afford that, no matter how much I'm awarded in aid @_@

• My love life hates me. Seriously. Japanese kid who can't date or else he gets deported (I guess) or the Canadian kid who's loved me nearly the entire year we've known each other and I know that I won't see? Then again, Daisuke will be moving back to JAPAN in like 6 months, so....
• You see why I hate my love life? And my friends are no help. :[
• That Naruto fic I've been working on? Going good. I guess. 6 pages long so far.
• Sadly, MushroomPrince!Sora is not going so well. Mainly cuz I've been writing Naruto and happy go lucky has left me for the moment. :[
• Cassie, as always, is emo and angsty over ex-boyfriends and I've just reminded myself that I can't help her. I tried. A while ago. Didn't work. Nathan's such a better friend than I am... he can help people; I just try and try and when it doesn't work I get upset and with Cassie, that happens easy.
• New Years Resolutions suck. I've given up on the makeup everyday one already. I just can't get up that early!!! Though, I'll still try. The one about my mom isn't going so well, either. I haven't answered the phone when she calls. Sigh.
• I have to wait until the 15th for the 3rd admissions decision. For Oswego. The one that I can kinda-maybe-almost afford.
• My sister likes me.
• Seriously, that made me so happy. I knew that she liked me kinda, but she wrote about me in an essay and it feels like she kinda appreciates me attempting to be there for her and everything.
• At the moment, I feel like Britney Spears' Sometimes is my themesong. Just for now..
   
• I have to read four chapters of Alas, Babylon by tomorrow morning. @_@

So, I'm looking for really pretty music, right? Cuz I want a pretty playlist so I can write angst, and I'm just in the "pretty" mood. Yes, that's right. I want pretty music. Not angsty, or really heavy, or depressing... just something that's like... "Wow. That was...beautiful."

And so, I find myself looking to the person who I usually tell "No, I don't wanna hear that. It's too soft/light/pretty for me to listen to right now." Yes, that's right. I go to Nathan for music. And he immediately starts looking. [He does so much for me... I wonder why.]

He wants to know my opinion on a song, so he finds this video. It's the only one he could find, so he sends it to me anyway.
